Annie Duncan

Annie Duncan has extensive experience in sales and retention within the telecommunications industry. Currently, Annie serves as the Manager of Inbound Sales and Retention at Vyve Broadband since October 2017. Prior to this role, Annie worked at Cox Enterprises from April 2007 to October 2017 as a Retention Supervisor, managing a team of 13-15 agents focused on retaining residential video, data, and telephone customers. Annie has also held positions as a Sales Trainer II and Customer Service Representative at COX Communications from October 1999 to March 2007. Educationally, Annie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management, with an emphasis on Ethics from Mid American Christian University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Oklahoma State University-Oklahoma City.
