Brad Montgomery

Brad Montgomery has extensive experience in customer experience and sales management, currently serving as Sr Director of Commercial Customer Experience and Inbound Sales at Vyve Broadband since January 2018. In this role, Brad manages a diverse team responsible for various commercial support functions, including technical support and billing. Prior to Vyve, Brad held multiple positions at Cox Communications from November 2007 to January 2018, including Loyalty Supervisor, where coaching representatives on product value was a key focus. Earlier experience includes roles in inbound sales at AOL and a managerial position at The Texas Roadhouse. Brad holds a degree from the University of Central Oklahoma, completed between 2000 and 2004.
