Michael Freeman

Michael Freeman possesses extensive experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as the Vendor Channel Accounts Manager at Vyve Broadband since July 2018, where responsibilities include managing wholesale and agent partner contacts and addressing RFP and RFI requests for coax and fiber. Prior to this role, Michael spent eight years at Cox Communication in various positions, including Retention Supervisor, where leadership and coaching of team members were key focuses, and Technical Lead, providing advanced support for customer care representatives. Michael's career began in the US Army, where various roles included training development and electronics maintenance from June 1988 to July 2010. Michael holds a Master's degree in Performance Improvement, a Bachelor's degree in Multidisciplinary studies, and an Associate's degree in Multidisciplinary Studies, all from Grantham University.
