Jakub Nawrocki

Jakub Nawrocki is an experienced UX research professional currently serving as the UX Research Lead at EUROWAG since August 2025. Prior to this role, Jakub worked as the Lead UX Researcher at Future Mind from November 2022 to August 2025, and held various positions at Symetria, including UX Team Leader, UX Research Expert, Senior UX Researcher, and UX Researcher from February 2018 to December 2022. Jakub's career in research began at DSiG as a Senior Researcher from May 2008 to April 2013, followed by a managerial role at TEB Edukacja Sp. z o. o. from April 2013 to March 2018. Jakub holds a postgraduate degree in Project Management from Uniwersytet WSB Merito Poznań and a degree in Graphic Process Technology from TEB Edukacja, alongside a Master's degree in Sociology from Uniwersytet im. Adama Mickiewicza w Poznaniu.
