Joseph Morgan Seigler

Morgan has over 16 years of private-equity experience and has led investments in software, financial technology, online and e-commerce, and semiconductor companies. He is deeply involved in creating both organic growth and complementary acquisitions for all his portfolio companies. Prior to joining TA Associates in 2002, Morgan worked for Morgan Stanley and Raymond James. Morgan holds an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business and a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Yale University.
