Zuzana Urbancová

Zuzana Urbancová is a Learning & Talent Specialist at EUROWAG since January 2023, focusing on integrating talent development and learning strategically across the organization, including its international teams and Sygic. Responsibilities include designing learning initiatives, facilitating workshops, managing the corporate Learning Management System, and supporting employee development programs globally. Prior experience includes serving as a Talent Acquisition Partner - IT for both EUROWAG and Sygic, where Zuzana oversaw the full recruitment process for IT and Product roles. Earlier roles include HR Assistant at Red Bull, where recruitment efforts targeted marketing student teams, and various customer service positions prior. Zuzana holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management and a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics from Univerzita Komenského v Bratislave, along with a Hogan Assessments Certification.
