Eric Waite Ccm

Eric Waite, CCM, LEED® AP, is a seasoned construction management professional with extensive experience in project oversight and execution. Currently serving as Project Director at W.E. O'Neil Construction since November 2016, Eric has held roles as Senior Project Manager and Project Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes working as an Assistant Project Manager at C.W. Driver Companies and as Senior Project Engineer at Harris & Associates, where responsibilities included overseeing complex projects at Los Angeles City College. Eric also has experience as Project Manager at WB Manufacturing, managing fiber optic network projects in Utah. Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Brigham Young University, earned in 2010.
