Matt Runyan, SHRM-CP, has a diverse work experience primarily in the construction industry. Matt started their career in 2011 as a Project Engineer at W.E. O'Neil Construction and later worked as an Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager. In 2019, they transitioned to the role of Personnel Development Manager, and in 2023, they became the Director of Human Resources at the same company.
In addition to their construction experience, Matt also worked as an Industry Lecturer at the University of California, Los Angeles starting in 2021.
Matt Runyan, SHRM-CP, obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil & Environmental Engineering from UCLA in 2011. Matt also holds additional certifications including the SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM, obtained in 2023, and the Certified Practitioner certification from The Predictive Index, obtained in 2019.
