Kathleen Bolter

Kathleen Bolter, PhD has extensive experience in research and education. Currently serving as a Program Manager at W.E. Upjohn Institute for Employment Research, Kathleen works on translating research findings into policy recommendations. With a background in political science and government, Kathleen has taught courses at various universities and has previously worked on data analysis and economic policy at organizations like KentuckianaWorks and Bowling Green State University.
