Guzel Lumpkin

Guzel Lumpkin is an accomplished finance and business leader with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as CEO and Co-Founder of EVLUV, Guzel is dedicated to advancing electric vehicle adoption and sustainability. As a Limited Partner with Stage 2 Capital and W Fund, Guzel actively supports initiatives focused on empowering women and underrepresented founders. Previous roles include Chief Financial Officer at Innova Medical Group, where Guzel contributed to global health outcomes, and VP of Finance at Procore Technologies, where Guzel played a pivotal role in scaling the finance and accounting functions significantly. Additional experience includes leadership positions at Mindbody and Deloitte, along with a foundational role in real estate appraisal. Guzel holds a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from California State University, Northridge, and has pursued further education through Wharton Executive Education.
