Dan Caulfield

Dan Caulfield is a seasoned professional in the private equity space, currently serving as the Director of Private Equity at Method and as a Principal at Abacus Value Creation Partners, where the focus is on enhancing value creation for private equity and privately owned businesses. Caulfield has held various leadership roles, including Venture Partner positions at LVLON and Broadmind, and previously served as Associate Partner and Commercial Strategy Lead at Prophet. With a rich background at IBM in enterprise strategy and client management, as well as experience at KONE Inc. and mindSHIFT, Caulfield’s expertise spans strategy, marketing, and sales. Academically, Dan has an MBA from USC Marshall School of Business and a B.A. in Government and Politics with a minor in Philosophy from the University of Maryland.
