Jon DeGroate

Jon DeGroate has over ten years of work experience, starting with their role as an Application Engineer at Ingersoll Machine Tools in January 2011. Jon then progressed to become the Lead Engineer of Manufacturing Technology from January 2014 to July 2016, followed by Manager of Manufacturing & Engineering Services from July 2016 to March 2019. Jon served as Director of Manufacturing from March 2019 to August 2022 before joining W International as the Vice President in August 2022. Additionally, Jon DeGroate has also served as a Board Member for the Illinois Manufacturers' Association from December 2018 to August 2022.

Jon DeGroate attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 2006 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering.
