Charlie Kelly has extensive experience in construction management, currently serving as Sr. Project Manager at W. L. Butler Construction, Inc. since November 2003. Prior to this role, Charlie held the position of Superintendent at Alvarado Construction from 1987 to 2001, where valuable expertise in overseeing construction projects was developed.
