Thomas Razo

Thomas Razo is a seasoned Senior Estimator with extensive experience in the construction industry. Currently employed at W. L. Butler since July 2022, Razo focuses on budgeting and bidding for commercial and residential projects. Previously, Razo held similar senior estimator roles at McCarthy Building Companies, Inc., contributing to substantial projects such as Parkland Community Hospital and various educational and parking structures. Razo's career began at Hensel Phelps Construction Co., where roles included estimator, office engineer, and field engineer, overseeing significant developments like the UCSB Nano Systems Laboratory. Razo's foundational experience was gained at Caltrans as a student assistant, supporting the project management division. Razo holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo.
