Lisa Sloan serves as the Director of Product Compliance at W.M Barr & Company, Inc. since October 2014. Prior to this role, Lisa spent over 13 years at Merck as a Scientist, where notable contributions included the development and co-leadership of an innovation process for consumer co-creation sessions aimed at product development. Lisa has a strong track record in mainstreaming processes and implementing new systems. Educationally, Lisa holds a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Christian Brothers University, a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from The University of Memphis, and has pursued additional education at Stanford University and Villanova University.
