Thomas Phillips

Thomas Phillips has been a Project Intern at W.M. Jordan Company since May 2016, with hands-on experience in various projects, including the Harbor's Edge River Tower in Norfolk, VA, where responsibilities include managing change orders, generating RFIs, and field supervision. Prior experience includes roles at the Art Museums of Colonial Williamsburg, where management of laborers and operation of heavy equipment took place, and in the Virtual Construction Department, where proficiency in software such as AutoCAD and Revit was utilized for model creation. As an independent business owner of Phillips Lawn Care, Thomas managed over 20 weekly customers while offering services in gardening and hardscapes. Previous experience as an Assistant HVAC Technician at Shackelford Mechanical involved HVAC system installations and service calls. Thomas holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geographic Information Science and Cartography from James Madison University.
