Avinash Surendran

Avinash Surendran is a KAPA Postdoctoral Fellow at W. M. Keck Observatory since July 2019, with prior experience as a Postdoctoral Researcher and Visiting PhD Student at IUCAA, Pune, India, until June 2019. In addition, Avinash served as a Visiting Researcher at TMT International Observatory, LLC, from August to November 2018 and was a Senior Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Astrophysics in Bangalore from August 2012 to February 2018. Avinash holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Astronomical Instrumentation, earned from the Indian Institute of Astrophysics between 2012 and 2018, and also completed a Master of Technology in the same field at the same institution from 2010 to 2012. The educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Applied Electronics and Instrumentation from the College of Engineering Trivandrum, completed in 2010.
