Willem Brocal

Willem Brocal has been serving as an Assistant Project Manager at W. M. Schlosser Co. Inc. since August 2019, currently overseeing the Baltimore Harbor Tunnel Vent Buildings Rehabilitation project. Previously, Willem held the position of Project Engineer, contributing to notable projects including WMATA Warehouse in Glenn Dale, WMATA Greenbelt Parking, WMATA West Falls Church Rooftop, Dulles Station Windscreens, and both phases of the Dulles Corridor Metrorail Project. Willem gained early experience as an intern at EMB Builders during the summers of 2017 and 2018. Willem holds a Master's degree in Civil Engineering from The Catholic University of America (2018-2019) and two Bachelor's degrees in Civil Engineering, one from The Catholic University of America (2017-2019) and another from the University of Santo Tomas (2013-2017).
