Laura Dowsett is a seasoned talent executive with a background in influencer marketing and management. Currently serving as a Senior Talent Executive at W MGMT since July 2024, Laura previously held positions including Influencer Marketing Executive at Snug and Freelance Talent Manager at DSTNCT Management, where responsibilities included managing client collaborations and negotiating contracts. Laura began the career journey with roles such as Talent Assistant at Inspo Management and Social & Influencer Intern at Snug, supported by experience as an Assistant Stylist/Backstage Member at London Fashion Week for the Roksanda A/W 2022 show.
