Armando Pastrana Jr.

Armando Pastrana Jr. has extensive experience in intellectual property (IP) strategy, licensing, portfolio management, and general legal matters. Armando has worked in various roles, including Vice President, Chief IP Counsel at W. R. Grace & Co. since 2022, and Principal at Pastrana IP LLC from 2016 to 2022. Armando has also held leadership positions at Tetra Pak, GE Healthcare IT, and Alcon Laboratories, Inc., where they provided strategic advice on IP matters and played a key role in mitigating business risks. Before entering the private sector, Armando served as a Commissioned Officer in the US Navy.

Armando Pastrana Jr. holds a J.D. degree in Law from Cornell Law School. Prior to that, they obtained a B.S. degree in Physics and Mathematics from Loyola University New Orleans. Additionally, Armando is admitted to practice before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
