Chris Lucas

Chris Lucas, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Their most recent role was as the Director of Manufacturing Data and Analytics at W. R. Grace. Prior to this, they worked as the Senior Manager of Manufacturing Systems and Analytics, where they led a team of 6 professionals and implemented solutions to improve data capture, reporting, and analytics. Before joining W. R. Grace, Chris held positions at BASF, DuPont, ExxonMobil, Lomic Inc., and the Pittsburgh Tissue Engineering Initiative. Their responsibilities at these companies included overseeing manufacturing excellence, production engineering, process engineering, and research. Chris has a strong background in driving operational efficiency, implementing continuous improvement programs, and leading cross-functional teams.

Chris Lucas, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration degree at the Fox School of Business at Temple University from 2017 to 2019. Prior to that, they received their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering and Mathematics from Penn State University, where they attended from 2004 to 2008.
