Jack Austin

Jack Austin has extensive experience in information technology, currently serving as the IT Site Manager at W. R. Grace & Co. since April 2018, where responsibilities include managing IT assets, network infrastructure, and end user support for a chemical manufacturing site. Proficient in Active Directory management and server configurations from Server 2003 to 2022, Jack oversees the deployment of over 400 clients, numerous printers, and an extensive IP-based video monitoring system. Previous roles at Albemarle Corporation and Associated Grocers involved various IT responsibilities, including enterprise malware management and electronic retail systems support. Jack holds a background in IT education from Louisiana State University.
