James Gaspar

James Gaspar has over 30 years of work experience in various engineering roles. Currently, they are employed as a Lead Process Design Engineer at W. R. Grace & Co., where they oversee the design of a $15 million wastewater treatment plant. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Process Engineer at Middough Inc., where they developed process strategies for energy recovery at a surfactant manufacturer.

Before that, Gaspar held multiple positions at Honeywell UOP, including Lead Development Program Specialist, Project Manager, and Proposal Engineer/Senior Process Engineer. In these roles, they developed modular equipment offerings, provided sales support for natural gas liquids plants, and mentored junior engineers.

Gaspar also worked at Ambitech Engineering as a Principal Process Engineer, where they served at client sites and led plant upgrade projects. James worked at Merichem Company as a Sr. Process Engineer, providing engineering services for removing hydrogen sulfide from natural gas.

Earlier in their career, Gaspar worked at Sheaffer International, LLC as a Project Engineer/Engineering Manager, where they developed feasibility studies and detailed design packages for wastewater treatment and water supply systems. James also worked at Veolia Water Technologies, HPD Division as a Project Engineer, supporting the design/build of water recycling facilities at power plants.

Gaspar began their career at Saftey-Kleen Corp. as a Product Manager/New Business Development Manager, where they successfully launched two new lines of business. James also worked as a Process Engineering Manager/Senior Process Engineer at Safety-Kleen Corp., managing capital projects and central engineering functions.

James Gaspar has a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University. James also attended the Milwaukee School of Engineering, but no specific degree or field of study is provided.
