Mitchell Dennison has a diverse work experience. Mitchell started their career at the Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory as a Research Assistant, where they were involved in software testing and worked as a lab chemist on various projects. Mitchell then moved on to the University of Delaware, where they worked as an Intramural Athletic Supervisor, supervising and coordinating participants and employees for intramural sports events. Additionally, they served as a Computer Science Teaching Assistant at the University of Delaware. Later, Mitchell joined W. R. Grace & Co., where they held various roles such as Hydroprocessing Catalyst Process Technologist, Process Engineer for Alumina and Hydroprocessing Catalyst, Plant Foreman, Commissioning and Start Up Engineer, Commissioning and Start-Up Lead, Operations Planner, and currently holds the position of Hydroprocessing Catalyst Operations Lead. Throughout their career, Mitchell has demonstrated a strong focus on safety, performance optimization, process improvement, and project coordination.
