Patrick Kerwin

Patrick Kerwin has a comprehensive work experience in the chemical industry. Patrick began their career as a Plant Engineer at Milliken & Company in 2000 and worked there until 2005. Patrick then joined W. R. Grace & Co., where they held various positions over the years. Patrick started as an OMC Process Supervisor from 2005 to 2007, followed by a role as a Senior Research and Development Engineer from 2007 to 2012. In this position, they developed and scaled up chemical processes for polyolefin catalysts. From 2012 to 2013, they served as a Principal Engineer and Marketing Lead. After that, they became the Global Director of Process Technology for Specialty Catalysts from 2013 to 2015. Most recently, they have been the Director of Operations for Specialty Catalysts, overseeing 13 manufacturing plants and driving safety, quality, productivity, and operational excellence since 2015. In 2022, they were appointed as the Director of Process Technology, Specialty Catalysts at W. R. Grace & Co.

Patrick Kerwin attended the University of South Carolina from 1997 to 2002, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering. In 2011, they pursued further education at the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, earning an MBA with a focus on Business Administration and Management in 2012.
