Stephanie Wheeler

Stephanie Wheeler has a diverse work experience in the field of talent acquisition. Stephanie started their career as a Recruiting Director at The Rosewood Group, Inc in 2002 and worked there until 2009. From 2009 to 2012, they served as an Executive Recruiter and Associate Partner at FinTech Search LLC. In 2012, they joined Triple Point Technology as the Manager of Global Corporate Recruiting, where they worked until 2014. From 2014 to 2019, Stephanie held the position of Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Datto, Inc. Currently, they are working as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at W. R. Grace & Co. since November 2019.

Stephanie Wheeler holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Applied Mathematics (Operations Research) and Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University. Stephanie also completed a Master of Science (M.S) in Human Resource Management from the University of Connecticut School of Business. In addition, Stephanie completed the Women's Leadership Program at Yale School of Management. Furthermore, they obtained a certification in Emotional Intelligence from LinkedIn in 2021, and they also hold a certification in CIR.
