Caitlin Piette

Caitlin Piette is an experienced professional with a diverse background in project management, operations, and sales. Currently serving as a Project Manager and Operations Manager at Grainger since April 2017, Caitlin oversees multiple GSA 4PL locations and leads a team of seven. Previous roles at Grainger include Services Team Lead and Sales Specialist, where Caitlin contributed to significant market growth and team development. As the owner of Caitlin Piette’s Stitchery from 2014 to 2018, Caitlin managed a high volume of custom orders while maintaining strong customer communication. Earlier experience includes sales roles at Office Supplies Plus, Inc., Daniels Shoes, and J Michael Shoes, as well as an internship with the Oklahoma Film and Music Office. Caitlin holds an MBA from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Music degree in Music Industry from Syracuse University.
