David Adams

David Adams is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience across various roles and companies. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Grainger since October 2022, David has previously contributed to Better as a Software Engineer, focusing on front-end development with React, Next.js, TypeScript, GraphQL, and Express. Prior to that, David built data visualization dashboards while at Gantry and held multidisciplinary responsibilities as Lead Designer at Boundless Labs. David’s background also includes significant design work at Square Inc., where interaction design and user interface development were emphasized, as well as roles in interactive design at Orange Design and editorial leadership at IGN Entertainment. David’s career began in web development at Pulse Entertainment and IBM NUMA-Q Server Brand. David attended Reed College from 1995 to 1997.
