Ivon Vidal

Ivon Vidal is a seasoned HR and operational leader with extensive experience in strategic planning, change management, and operational effectiveness. Currently serving as the Sr Director of HR for LATAM & Subsidiaries at Grainger since May 2012, Ivon specializes in developing high-performance cultures and implementing HR policies across Latin America and global specialty businesses. Previously held roles include Director of On-Site Services for North America Strategic Operations, where Ivon focused on enhancing inventory management capabilities, as well as various managerial positions in financial support services, including overseeing project management and IT solutions. Prior experience at Allstate involved managing call center operations and establishing consistency across multiple sites, with earlier roles in the healthcare sector and content analysis. Ivon holds a Master of Science in Communications from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Northeastern Illinois University.
