James Phillips

James Phillips has extensive experience in supply chain management and systems implementation, currently serving as Sr Manager of Systems Implementation at W.W. Grainger, specializing in SAP EWM and Manhattan design, testing, and implementation across multiple distribution centers in the US and Canada. Throughout a career spanning over two decades at W.W. Grainger, James has held various management positions, including Outbound Picking Process Manager and Outbound Packing Process Manager, where responsibilities included coaching teams, managing order fulfillment, and maintaining operational standards. Previous experience includes serving as a Store Manager for Fred's Dollar Store, overseeing daily operations and staff management. James is also a former Americorps*NCCC member, contributing to community service projects. James holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences from the University of Mississippi.
