Joleen Gonzalez Casatti

Joleen Gonzalez Casatti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sourcing operations and customer service management. Since September 2014, Joleen has been with Grainger, progressing from Accounts Payable Supervisor to Sourcing Operations Manager and currently serves as Sr Manager Sourcing Operations, where leadership focuses on delivering exceptional quoting services and enhancing productivity and quality. Prior experience includes roles at Dell as Customer Service Manager for Large Enterprise and National Accounts, and at NCO Group as Sales and Customer Service Manager for T-Mobile US, where Joleen developed new quality assurance methodologies. Joleen holds a Micro Master in Supply Chain from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Universidad Interamericana de Panamá.
