Lauren Justin

Lauren Justin, PHR, currently serves as the Director of Early in Career Pipeline & Programs at Grainger since November 2024. Previously, Lauren held various roles at ACTIVE Consulting, including Partner, Chief Operating Officer, and EVP of Human Capital, where a focus was placed on creating standardized processes for Human Resources and Talent Acquisition. From June 2018 to November 2021, Lauren worked at Amazon as Chief of Staff and Manager of Global Program Management, overseeing teams that supported large-scale recruitment programs and optimizing Talent Acquisition processes. Earlier roles included Senior Program Manager and Sales Recruiter at Esri, as well as Talent Acquisition Recruiter and Technical Recruiter at Child and Family Guidance Center. Lauren's career began in marketing at Reed Law Group. Lauren earned a Bachelor of Arts in Latin American Studies from the University of Illinois Chicago.
