Madison Elwell

Madison Elwell is a professional with diverse experience in both athletics and administrative roles. Currently serving as a Grainger Field Account Representative since June 2024, Madison previously played as a Professional Athlete for Washington Spirit from May 2022 to December 2023. Earlier experience includes an internship at Nashville Boys & Girls Club, where Madison developed a new communication platform and reporting template, and an internship at IQ Talent Partners focused on human resources administration. Madison holds a Master's degree in Human Developmental Studies from Vanderbilt University, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Human Organizational Development with a focus on Sales from the same institution.
