Mark E. Wood, PhD, has extensive experience in human resources and military leadership. Wood served as an Adjunct Professor at Norwich University from 2016 to 2018 and held various HR management roles, including Human Resources Manager at The Home Depot from May 2016 to June 2019, and Amazon from July 2019 to December 2020. Wood's military career includes a position as a Retired First Sergeant in the US Army, serving from March 2016 to the present, and prior active duty with the United States Department of Defense from January 1996 to March 2016. Most recently, Wood has been the Regional Human Resources Manager at Grainger since November 2024, following a role as Sr HR Manager of Continuous Improvement at KeHE Distributors from June 2021 to November 2024.
