Jennifer Paganelli

Practice Leader, Media Relations at W2O Group

Jennifer, known as “JPags,” manages W2O’s best-in-class earned and social media teams, bringing 20 years of experience serving as a trusted advisor to a range of healthcare organizations.

In her tenure at W2O, she has evolved the firm’s earned media team (EMT) into an industry-leading powerhouse, boasting 50 dedicated earned experts with 70+ collective years of journalistic experience. W2O’s EMT brings a unique “art and science” mindset to modern storytelling centered around analytics-informed – fully integrated – paid, earned, shared, and owned (PESO) approaches other firms try to replicate but simply can’t touch.

W2O’s social media team is also a best-in-class powerhouse, with 80 passionate social strategists who drive all aspects of digital, corporate and product-specific social strategy, agile content development, paid activation, community management, social creative and thought-leadership.

Consultative, integrated, no-ego partners with a passion for making the world a healthier place for all – these beliefs drive W2O’s earned and social teams to help clients show up more transparently and accessibly to their audiences in partnership with the organization’s broader bench of subject-matter experts.

Jennifer is an accessible, collaborative “phone-a-friend” to the industry’s top communicators because of her approachable, no-judgement style and willingness to partner to find the best integrated solution to the challenge at hand. She knows how and when to tap subject matter experts across the organization to turn challenges into opportunities for companies to show up more relevantly to their audiences.

Before joining W2O, Jennifer served as US Media Director at Cohn & Wolfe and founding member of Edelman’s healthcare media team. A Penn State alum, she enjoys cross-stitching (her new COVID hobby!) and playing sports with her young family in the New Jersey suburbs.
