Eugene Ugur Sayan has a diverse and extensive work experience. Eugene Ugur currently serves as the CEO, President, and Founder of W3LL, an innovative healthcare company that utilizes AI-driven personalization and machine learning algorithms to transform consumer engagement and education in the healthcare industry.
In addition to their role at W3LL, Sayan is the Vice Chairman of the HRA Council, where they advocate for the democratization of access to affordable health insurance through ACA Marketplaces. Eugene Ugur analyzes data on HRA usage, trends, and impacts, and educates employers and employees about the benefits of HRAs.
Sayan also has previous experience as the Founder and CEO of Softheon, a leading provider of technology platforms for the managed care industry. Eugene Ugur has served on the boards of various organizations, including the Center for Dynamic Data Analytics, The Center of Excellence in Wireless and Information Technology, Stony Brook University, and LISTnet - Long Island Software & Technology Network.
Earlier in their career, Sayan served as the CEO of Quantum Research & Development.
Eugene Ugur Sayan obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering & Telecommunication with a focus on Network Design from Istanbul Technical University between 1981 and 1985. Eugene Ugur later pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the New York Institute of Technology, completing it between the years 1988 and 1991.
