June Young, MBA, has a diverse work experience in risk analysis and auditing. June started their career at Flagstar Bank as a Post Closing Analyst in 2008, where they were responsible for reviewing loan transactions and ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. In 2020, they transitioned to the role of Delegated Auditor, conducting external audits and making risk assessment decisions on loan documentation. June later became a Team Lead Delegated Auditor, leading a team and training new staff members. In 2023, they joined W3R Consulting as a Business Unit Risk Analyst, providing analytical recommendations for project decision making and overseeing compliance and regulatory reviews. June's expertise lies in risk assessment, compliance, and data analysis.
