Elaine Ferguson MBA, PMP

Elaine Ferguson MBA, PMP has over 22 years of work experience in various roles. Elaine is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations at W5 Technologies, Inc since June 2019. Prior to this, they held the position of Chief Operating Officer at Kland Civil Engineers, a S/W/DBE Certified Firm from February 2018 to July 2019.

Elaine also worked as a Program Manager at W5 Technologies, Inc from February 2012 to July 2017. Before that, they served as a Project Manager at Nokia Siemens Networks from May 2011 to December 2012.

Elaine's career began at Motorola in 1997, where they held multiple roles including Sr. Project Manager, Quality/Project Manager, and Software Test Engineer. In their roles as a Sr. Project Manager, they were responsible for analyzing, planning, and tracking P&L budget and managing capital and expense plans. As a Quality/Project Manager, they led the implementation audit team and established a Systems Engineering Process Group. As a Software Test Engineer, they focused on testing.

Additionally, Elaine served as the Procurement Co-Lead at PMI Phoenix Chapter in 2009.

Throughout their career, Elaine has demonstrated expertise in operations, program management, project management, and procurement.

Elaine Ferguson holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. Elaine completed their MBA from 2006 to 2008. In addition to their MBA, Elaine Ferguson also has a certification as a Project Management Professional, which they obtained from the Project Management Institute in October 2008.
