Linda Altungejika

Linda Altungejika is an experienced professional with a strong background in quality assurance and customer support. Currently serving as an Administrative Assistant at W8 Shipping LLC since April 2022, Linda previously held various roles at ibanpay from February 2016 to November 2021, including Quality Assurance Specialist and CS Quality Assurance Specialist, where responsibilities included developing quality standards, establishing KPIs, and enhancing customer support processes.
