Scott Mitchell is an experienced Loan Processor and Mortgage Loan Officer with a career spanning over two decades in the mortgage industry. At WA First Mortgage since August 2012, Scott leads a team of 15-18 loan officers, managing a substantial loan pipeline and ensuring smooth loan closures through effective coordination with third parties. With extensive knowledge of VA, FHA, and conforming loans, Scott enhances file flow and effectively communicates updates on loan statuses. Previous experience includes roles at West Horizon Financial Inc and Premier Lending, where Scott also demonstrated strong leadership and conflict resolution skills. Scott holds a Bachelor of Science in Wildlife Biology from the University of Montana.
