Long story short, you will

The Technical Project Manager for WA Africa will play a pivotal role in overseeing all technical aspects of the business in the WA Africa region. This role requires technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including project management, operations, and marketing.

All the responsibilities we will trust you with:

• Develop a technical delivery strategy aligned with WA Africa's business goals.
• Collaborate with project management, operations, and marketing teams.
• Oversee all technical aspects of projects, ensuring standards and timelines are met.
• Manage technical resources efficiently for project delivery and business growth.
• Serve as the primary technical authority, staying informed on technologies and trends.
• Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure project and operational success.
• Communicate technical progress, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and metrics for technical initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement within the technical team.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise :

• +3 years of experience in a technical project lead role, preferably within the iGaming industry or Technology space.
• Degree or similar in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven track record of successfully leading technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address technical challenges proactively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies and practices.
• Familiarity with relevant technologies and tools used in the [specific industry/sector].
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.
