Valerie Eisen

Valerie Eisen has a diverse background in corporate law and contract negotiations. Valerie most recently worked as a Senior Corporate Counsel at Waabi starting in 2023. Prior to that, Valerie worked at Zoox from 2021 to 2023 as a Commercial Counsel, where they handled various contract matters including software license agreements, firmware license agreements, and intellectual property licensing.
