The executive team at Waban has a long history of working in social services. The team members have worked as an Executive Director at Waban Projects, Inc., the Executive Director at The Progress Center, and the Director of Programs at Frannie Peabody Center. They have also supervised the Children's Assessment Center at Community Health and Counseling Services. Their education histories include degrees from the University of Maine in Social Work.
