Rebecca Moore Darrah

Rebecca Moore Darrah currently serves as the Manager of Risk & Regulatory Affairs at Wabash Valley Power Alliance since April 2023. Previously, Rebecca held various roles at ACES – excellence in energy, including Manager of Market Affairs and Manager of Reliability Compliance, where key contributions included preparing comments for FERC rulemakings and advocating for member cooperatives. Prior experience also includes serving as Corporate Counsel at Midcontinent Independent System Operator, Compliance Analyst at Indianapolis Power & Light Company, and Advisor I Compliance at Midcontinent Independent System Operator. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Law (JD) from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in History and Anthropology from Indiana University Bloomington.
