Michele Leaks, MSHRM, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Employee Benefits Manager at Barnes & Thornburg LLP, overseeing benefits programming and administration for over 1,500 employees across the US. With extensive experience in employee benefits management, Michele has held leadership roles at ProTrans as Total Rewards Director, where the focus was on developing Total Rewards strategies for over 1,300 employees, and at Blue & Co., LLC, as Manager Total Rewards, overseeing onboarding and leave of absence programs. Previous positions include Employee Benefits Manager for the City of Carmel and Human Resource Benefits Specialist at Blue & Co., LLC.
