Nick Adler has a diverse work experience, primarily in the automotive industry. Nick began their career at General Motors in 2000, working as a Buyer and eventually becoming a Global Creativity Team Leader. In 2007, they joined Allison Transmission as a Manager in Direct Purchasing and later became a Program Director for 5th Generation Controls. Nick then joined Wabash and held various Vice President roles in Supply Chain Management, Supply Chain and Business Transformation, Strategy and Chief Information Officer, Parts & Services, and Strategic Programs. Nick also served as a Board Member at Wabash.
Nick Adler has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University. Nick also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business. In 2017, Nick attended the University of Chicago Booth School of Business Executive Education program, where they studied Leading Organizational Change. In 2018, they furthered their education by participating in the Kellogg Executive Education programs, focusing on The Science of Lean Operations and Supply Chain Management. In 2019, Nick attended the MIT Sloan Executive Education program with a focus on Business Transformation. Additionally, in 2016, they attended the UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and studied Developing Leadership Presence.
In terms of additional certifications, Nick obtained the Douglas W. Eberle Board Governance Series certification from the Community Foundation of Greater Lafayette in November 2022. Nick also completed the Wabash Authentic Leadership Program from the Michigan Ross School of Business Executive Education in May 2022.
