Shawn Sanders

Shawn Sanders, MS, PMP, has extensive experience in engineering management and project leadership, currently serving as Engineering Manager - Functional at Wabash since November 2017. In this role, Shawn oversees a significant portfolio of $12.5 million in capital expenditures, demonstrating strong leadership capabilities. Previously, as Sr. Advanced Manufacturing Engineer, Shawn directed technical personnel to meet project and production goals while acting as a liaison for capital expenditure alignment with strategic plans. Previous roles include engineering positions at Toyota North America, Bekaert Corporation, AGC Automotive Americas, and Hitachi Automotive Systems Americas, encompassing project management and process engineering. Shawn holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial Technology from Eastern Kentucky University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Technology (Manufacturing and Robotics) from Morehead State University.
