Alina Butler

Alina Butler has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and diversity and inclusion. Alina started their career in 2006 with GE Capital as a Human Resources Leadership Program participant and later moved on to become a Senior Human Resources Manager. In 2012, they joined GE Digital as a Senior Human Resources Site Leader. After three years, they joined Lockheed Martin as a Global Diversity & Inclusion Leader. Currently, Alina is the Head of Global Diversity and Inclusion at Wabtec Corporation.

Alina Butler earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Virginia Commonwealth University. Alina then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology at The Chicago School.
