Geoffrey Faltot

Geoffrey Faltot has a strong background in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement, currently serving as CI Manager and Lead Lean Specialist at Wabtec Corporation since October 2019. Prior to this role, Geoffrey was employed at GE Transportation from January 2013 to October 2019 in various capacities, including Locomotive Lead Lean Specialist and Lean Manufacturing Specialist, where responsibilities included managing teams, facilitating kaizen events, and implementing lean principles to reduce waste and enhance operational efficiency across multiple sites. Geoffrey began professional expertise as a Manufacturing Engineer, focusing on modernization processes for locomotive platforms, and has also served in roles such as Inventory Specialist and Production Supervisor, all contributing to effective project management and team leadership. Education includes a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, obtained in 2015.
