Nicole Theophilus

Nicole Theophilus is the Executive Vice President & Chief Human Resources Officer for Wabtec Corp. She

joined the company in August 2020.

Theophilus has more than 20 years of senior leadership experience comprising roles in both the human

resources and legal departments. Prior to joining Wabtec, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer

for West Corp. and before that was the Chief Human Resources Officer for ConAgra Foods. Prior to that,

she was a Partner with Husch Blackwell Sanders, a national law firm.

Theophilus earned her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and her Masters of Business Administration from

Drake University. She also earned her Juris Doctorate from the University of Nebraska College of Law.

She lives in Pittsburgh with her husband and children and serves as a Director for the Wabtec

Foundation, a Director for the Midwest Housing Equity Group and a Trustee for Brownell Talbot School.
